Complaint procedure
At BLOX, we do everything we can to assist you as best as possible. If you would like to submit a formal complaint regarding our service, you can do so in the following ways:
- Use the online complaint form below; or
- Download the PDF version of the complaint form, fill it in, and send it by email to complaint@weareblox.com with the subject line ‘Formal complaint’; or
- Send a letter with the PDF version of the complaint form by post to:

BLOX aims to resolve your complaint within 10 working days. Depending on the nature and complexity of the complaint, handling may take more time. In that case, the process will take a maximum of 2 months, starting from the date we have confirmed your complaint. During this process, we will keep you informed of the progress.
Handling and responding to your complaint is free of charge.
You can submit your complaint in one of the following languages: Dutch, English or Spanish.
If you disagree with the handling of your complaint, you may submit your case to the competent court by the user agreement.
