Promotion Terms & Conditions: “Win a Doodles Collectible”
Below you will find the promotion terms and conditions and game rules that apply to the promotion “Win a Doodles Collectible”. Read these conditions carefully so that you are aware of the promotion terms.
Definitions
Provider: BLOX B.V., established in Nijmegen at Kerkenbos 1025, 6546 BB Nijmegen.
Participant: The natural person who validly participates in the Promotion, either via the Social Give-Away or via the CRM Give-Away.
Promotion: The promotion “Win a Doodles Collectible”.
Winner: The natural person who is designated as winner of one of the prizes by means of random selection.
Prize: A physical Doodles collectible, selected by BLOX. In total, 3 collectibles are given away. The value of the collectibles amounts to €163.95 and €265.95 (depending on the item). BLOX determines which collectible is awarded to which winner. The prize is not exchangeable, not transferable and not exchangeable for something else.
Social Give-Away: The part of the Promotion whereby participation takes place via the social media channels of BLOX.
CRM Give-Away: The part of the Promotion whereby participation takes place because a user on the reference date holds Doodles in his or her BLOX vault.
BLOX vault: The environment within the BLOX app in which the Participant holds crypto.
General
- These promotion conditions apply to the promotion “Win a Doodles Collectible” which is organized by BLOX B.V., established at Kerkenbos 1025, 6546 BB Nijmegen.
- BLOX conducts its Promotions in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance of 1 January 2014.
- BLOX may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or adjust these promotion conditions during the promotion period, or change or adjust the Promotion without stating reasons, unless this leads to a disadvantage for the Participant.
- With regard to participation in the Promotion, the consequences and the execution thereof, the Participant waives any (legal) claim against BLOX, partners, sponsors and employees who are directly or indirectly involved in the organization of the Promotion.
- The invalidity of one or more promotion conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining promotion conditions.
- BLOX reserves the right to exclude Participants who abuse the Promotion or act in violation of these conditions.
- BLOX must comply with laws and regulations, including the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), and remains at all times entitled to take appropriate measures to guarantee the manner in which BLOX complies with laws and regulations.
- In all cases not provided for in these conditions, BLOX decides.
- Dutch law applies to these conditions.
- The BLOX user agreement also applies to this Promotion, insofar as relevant.
Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 8 April 2026, 00:00 hours up to and including 19 April 2026, 23:59 hours.
After the end of the promotion period, the winners will be selected.
Participation outside this promotion period is not valid.
Participation Social Give-Away
The Social Give-Away is communicated via the BLOX channels on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube Shorts.
For valid participation in the Social Give-Away, the Participant must:
- follow BLOX on the relevant social media channel;
- state in the comments under the promotion post why he or she wants to win; and,
- have an active and verified BLOX account.
Only comments placed within the promotion period count.
Per person, a maximum of one valid participation per social media channel applies.
Participation in the Social Give-Away is open to Participants with a verified BLOX account. You must be at least 18 years old.
Employees of BLOX and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
BLOX reserves the right to exclude comments or participations that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, offensive or otherwise in violation of the law, public morals or platform rules.
The winner of the Social Give-Away is randomly selected from all valid participations via the social channels of BLOX.
The winner receives a message via a direct message (DM) from BLOX.
If the winner does not respond within 7 working days to the message from BLOX, the right to the prize lapses and BLOX may designate a new winner.
Participation CRM Give-Away
The CRM Give-Away is exclusively accessible to Participants with an active and verified BLOX account.
To be eligible for the CRM Give-Away, the user must have Doodles (DOOD) in their BLOX vault on 19 April 2026 at 23:59 hours.
No minimum amount applies. Every user who holds Doodles (DOOD) in the BLOX vault on the reference date validly participates in the Promotion.
Each eligible user has one chance to win a prize, regardless of the size of the held position in Doodles.
Employees of BLOX and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
The winners of the CRM Give-Away are randomly selected from all users who meet the conditions on the reference date.
The winners receive a message via the email address known to BLOX and via an in-app message.
If a winner does not respond within 7 working days to the message from BLOX, the right to the prize lapses and BLOX may designate a new winner.
BLOX reserves the right to exclude accounts in case of suspicion of abuse, fraud or acting in violation of laws and regulations or the user agreement.
Winners and Prizes
In total, 3 winners are designated.
1 winner is randomly chosen from the Participants of the Social Give-Away.
2 winners are randomly chosen from the Participants of the CRM Give-Away.
Each winner receives one physical Doodles collectible.
BLOX determines which specific collectible is awarded to which winner.
The collectibles are not exchangeable for money, not exchangeable and not transferable to third parties.
No correspondence can be entered into about the outcome of the Promotion.
If BLOX does not have correct, complete or usable contact details of a winner, the right to the prize lapses and BLOX may designate a new winner.
BLOX takes care, insofar as legally required, of the handling of any gambling tax.
Specifications of the Prize
The prizes consist of physical Doodles collectibles with a value of €163.95 and €265.95, depending on the relevant item.
BLOX selects the collectibles at its own discretion.
The winner cannot express a preference for a specific item.
The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for money, other goods, discount or credit.
The prize may not be resold or transferred if BLOX sees justified reason to do so or if this is contrary to the nature of the Promotion.
BLOX is not liable for damage, loss or delay during shipment or delivery of the prize, unless there is intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of BLOX.
BLOX will make efforts to send the prize within a reasonable period after acceptance by the winner.
Personal Data
The Participant gives permission, upon participation, for the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the Promotion. The personal data are used exclusively for the execution of the Promotion, determining the winners and awarding the prizes.
Personal data of winners are not provided to third parties, except insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the Promotion, such as shipment of the prize.
