Withdrawal form - OMG Network

If your coins represent a value of 2500 OMG or more, you can withdraw them until November 11, 2025 to your personal wallet. To send these coins to your personal wallet, costs are made. These costs will be deducted from the amount of OMG sent to your personal wallet and amount to 50 OMG.

Before we can transfer your coins to your personal wallet, we are required by law and regulation to verify that you are the rightful owner of this personal wallet. To establish this, you must provide, among other things, a screenshot clearly showing that you are the owner of the personal wallet.

For the sake of completeness, please note that with your personal wallet you are solely responsible for the safekeeping and security of your coins, as well as for executing any transactions with your coins. Keep in mind that you will also be liable for network fees when carrying out such a transaction.

For security reasons, BLOX always sends a confirmation email with a verification question to ensure that you are the rightful owner of the account. Only after we have received the correct information will the coins be prepared for withdrawal following the delisting.
