BLOX is discontinuing Ponke (PONKE)
News for our TOKEN holders: as of August 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM, we will stop offering Ponke (PONKE).
We regularly review the coins we offer based on factors including user interest, trading volume, and market liquidity. The liquidity of this coin is very limited. Despite our efforts to continue supporting PONKE, trading volume and liquidity have unfortunately not improved.
Therefore, we have decided to stop offering Ponke (PONKE) in BLOX as of August 25, 2026. Below, you can read what this means for you.
What does this mean for you?
From August 10, 2026, it will no longer be possible to buy Ponke via BLOX, and from August 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM, we will completely stop offering Ponke (PONKE).
Until then, you will still be able to sell your PONKE coins as you normally would. We will not charge any trading fees for these sales. After that, the coin will be completely removed from the BLOX offering.
Do you still hold PONKE in your BLOX Vault after that time? If so, we will be required to sell these holdings at around 11:00 AM at the prevailing market price and credit the euro proceeds to your BLOX account.
Please note: we aim to keep selling available for as long as possible. However, due to the declining liquidity of Ponke (PONKE), we cannot rule out that an earlier sale may become necessary. This depends on market conditions and will always be decided in the best interest of our customers.
Do you have an Earn account?
Through Sunday, August 23, 2026, you’ll continue to earn a 0.25% return (APY) on PONKE. The accrued return will be paid out the following morning, as usual.
Withdrawal to a personal wallet (from 17,500 PONKE)
Do your Ponke holdings represent a balance of 17,500 PONKE or more? Then, until and including August 24, 2026, you can submit a request to have your Ponke (PONKE) transferred to a personal wallet.
We charge a fee for sending your coins. This fee will be deducted from the amount of PONKE being transferred and amounts to 500 PONKE.
Verification of your personal wallet
Before we can send your Ponke (PONKE) to your personal wallet, we are required by laws and regulations to verify that you are the owner of this personal wallet. To establish this, you must provide, among other things, a screenshot clearly showing that you are the owner of the personal wallet.
For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that when using a personal wallet, you are solely responsible for the safekeeping and security of your coins and for carrying out any transactions involving your coins. Please also note that network fees may apply to such transactions.
