BLOX Summer Campaign 2026 - terms and conditions

Below you will find the official promotion terms and conditions and rules that apply to the prize draw ‘BLOX Summer Campaign 2026’. Please read these terms and conditions carefully so that you are fully informed.

Definitions

• Provider: BLOX B.V., located in Nijmegen at Kerkenbos 1025, 6546 BB Nijmegen.
• Participant: The natural person aged 18 or older with an active BLOX account.
• Promotion: The prize draw ‘BLOX Summer Campaign 2026’.
• Winner: The participant who, via the digital wheel in the BLOX app or on the BLOX website, is selected at random as the Winner of one of the Prizes.
• Prize: The total prize package consisting of one Grand Prize, four Second Prizes and Beach Goodies. The Prize represents a total value of €4,499.00:
• Grand Prize: one voucher worth €1,000, deposited as euro credit into the BLOX account of the Winner.
• Second Prize: four vouchers worth €250, deposited as euro credit into the BLOX account of the Winner.
• Beach Goodies: A large pool of exclusive BLOX merchandise, including parasols, beach chairs, and tennis-sets.

General

1. These promotion terms and conditions apply to the Promotion organised by the Provider.
2. The Provider conducts its promotions in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance of 1 January 2014.
3. BLOX may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, amend or modify these promotion terms and conditions during the promotion period, or amend or modify the Promotion without stating a reason, unless this is to the disadvantage of the Participant.
4. With regard to participation in the Promotion, its consequences and its execution, the Participant waives any legal claim against BLOX, partners, sponsors and employees who are directly or indirectly involved in the organisation of the Promotion.
5. The invalidity of one or more promotion terms and conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining promotion terms and conditions.
6. BLOX reserves the right to exclude Participants who abuse the Promotion or act in breach of these terms and conditions.
7. BLOX must comply with laws and regulations, including the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), and remains entitled at all times to take appropriate measures to guarantee the manner in which BLOX complies with laws and regulations.
8. In all cases not covered by these terms and conditions, BLOX shall decide.
9. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law and the User Agreement of the Provider, insofar as relevant.

Participation in the BLOX Summer Campaign 2026

1. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge. Participants only pay the regular transaction fees for the purchase of their crypto.
2. Participation is possible for BLOX users who have an active and verified BLOX account.
3. The promotion period runs from 24 June 2026, 00:00 up to and including 7 July 2026, 23:59.
4. Every BLOX user automatically participates in this Promotion to win the Prizes via the unique wheel made available to the Participant. The Participant receives the wheel directly in the BLOX app or on the BLOX website after making a purchase of Bitcoin (BTC) in the BLOX account with a minimum value of €50 during the promotion period.
5. When participating in the Promotion, participation is only valid for purchases that are not made by means of DCA. BLOX reserves the right to exclude automatic DCA purchases from participation.

Prizes

1. The Winners are chosen at random from the Participants in the Promotion.
2. The Winners are informed by the Provider directly via the BLOX app and on the BLOX website with which the Promotion was entered about the Prize.
3. No correspondence can be entered into regarding the outcome of the Promotion.
4. The Prizes will only be awarded to the Winners who provide complete and correct personal details. If the Provider does not have the correct or complete details, the right to the Prize expires and BLOX may appoint a new Winner at random.
5. Prizes are personal, are paid out directly by means of euro credits in the BLOX account or issued as a physical product. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other goods or cash.
6. If a Participant wins Beach Goodies, the Provider will contact the Winner by email for the free shipment of the Beach Goodies. The shipping costs of this Prize are fully borne by BLOX.
7. The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for money or other goods and may not be resold to third parties.

Personal data

By participating, the Participant gives consent to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the Promotion. The personal data will only be used for the execution of the Promotion, determining the winners and awarding the prizes.

Personal data of winners will not be provided to third parties, except insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the Promotion, such as the announcement of the Prize.
