PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Below you will find the promotional terms and conditions and rules applicable to the ‘BLOX Summer Promotion’. Please read the terms carefully so that you are aware of the applicable conditions.

Definitions

• ‘Provider’: BLOX B.V.
• ‘Participant’: the natural person who participates in the promotion.
• ‘Promotion’: the prize draw ‘BLOX Summer Promotion’.
• ‘Winner’: the natural person who wins the promotion and thereby the prize.
• ‘Prize’:

1x €500 BLOX credit

15x towels
10x beach chairs
15x cool bags
25x beach tennis sets

General

• These promotional terms and conditions apply to the ‘BLOX Summer Promotion’ organized by BLOX B.V., located at Kerkenbos 1025, 6546 BB Nijmegen.

• The Provider acts in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance dated January 1, 2014.

• The Provider may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, amend or modify these promotional terms during the promotion period, or amend or change the Promotion without giving reasons, unless this is to the detriment of the Participant.

• Regarding participation in the Promotion, its consequences, and execution, the Participant waives any (legal) claim against the Provider, partners, sponsors, and employees directly or indirectly involved in the organization of the Promotion.

• For participation in the Promotion by means of a €50 purchase of bitcoin, participation is only valid for purchases that are not part of a DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) strategy. BLOX reserves the right to exclude purchases recognized as DCA from participation in the wheel spin.

• The invalidity of one or more provisions of these terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

• BLOX reserves the right to exclude Participants who abuse the Promotion.

• BLOX must comply with laws and regulations and remains entitled at all times to take appropriate measures.

• In all cases not covered by these terms, a decision will be made by BLOX.

• These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

• The general terms and conditions of the BLOX user agreement apply to this promotion.

Participation

• With every €50 purchase of bitcoin via BLOX (excluding DCA purchases) between June 26, 2025 and July 7, 2025, the Participant may spin the wheel immediately after the purchase.

• There is no limit to the number of times the Participant may spin the wheel.

• The Promotion runs from June 26 through July 7, 2025, 11:59 PM.

• The Participant is required to provide correct, current, and complete information when participating in the promotion.

• To be eligible to participate, the Participant must be 18 years or older. The Provider may verify the age of the Participant.

• Participation is open to both new and existing BLOX users residing in the Netherlands. Participation is not possible for Belgian users of the BLOX app.

Prizes

• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Promotion.

• The Provider will contact the Winners via email and the BLOX app.

• All Winners will be notified of their prize by Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the latest.

• The drawing of the Winners is carried out randomly by the Provider and in an impartial manner.

• In the event of a technical issue where a prize is accidentally awarded multiple times, BLOX reserves the right to award the prize only to the first legitimate winner based on the time of participation.

• Prizes will only be awarded to Participants who have provided complete and correct personal information. If the Provider does not have the correct or complete information, the right to the prize will lapse. In that case, the Provider reserves the right to designate another Participant as the Winner by means of a draw.

• At the request of the Provider, the Winner must be able to identify themselves to enable the awarding or use of the prize.

• The Prize is personal, not exchangeable for money or other goods, and may not be resold to third parties.

• For prizes of €500 or more, gambling tax is levied in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 2, subsection 11 of the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance. This tax is covered by us and will not be charged to the winner.

Personal Data

• By participating, the Participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the Promotion. The personal data will be used to carry out the Promotion and the awarding of the Prize.

• The personal data of Winners will not be shared with partners or third parties, except insofar as necessary for the awarding of the prizes.

• If the Participant has a complaint regarding the Promotion, they may submit it in writing to:
