Below you will find the promotional terms and conditions and rules applicable to the giveaway “Bitcoin Pizza Day: win free pizza for a year.” Please read the terms carefully so that you are aware of the applicable conditions.

Definitions

Provider: BLOX B.V., established in Nijmegen at Kerkenbos 1025, 6546 BB Nijmegen.

Participant: the natural person participating in the giveaway.

Promotion: the giveaway “Bitcoin Pizza Day: win free pizza for a year.”

Winner: the natural person who wins the giveaway and thereby the prize.

Prize: One year of free pizza, paid for by BLOX.

General

These promotional terms and conditions apply to the “Bitcoin Pizza Day” promotion organized by BLOX B.V., established at Kerkenbos 1025, 6546 BB Nijmegen.
BLOX conducts its Promotions in accordance with the Promotional Games of Chance Code of Conduct dated January 1, 2014.
BLOX may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or amend these promotional terms and conditions during the promotion period, or change or amend the Promotion without stating reasons, unless this results in a disadvantage to the Participant.
With regard to participation in the Promotion, its consequences, and its execution, the Participant waives any (legal) claims against BLOX, partners, sponsors, and employees directly or indirectly involved in organizing the Promotion.
The invalidity of one or more promotional terms does not affect the validity of the remaining promotional terms.
BLOX reserves the right to exclude Participants who abuse the Promotion or act contrary to these conditions.
BLOX must comply with laws and regulations, including the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), and remains entitled at all times to take appropriate measures to guarantee the manner in which BLOX complies with laws and regulations.
In all cases not covered by these terms, BLOX will decide.
Dutch law applies to these terms.
BLOX’s user agreement also applies to this Promotion where relevant.

Participation

Participation in this Promotion is free of charge.
Participation is possible for both new and existing BLOX users.
The Promotion runs from May 22 through May 29, 2026, until 23:59. The winner of the Promotion will receive free pizza for one year.
The Participant automatically enters this Promotion if, during the Promotion period, a deposit of at least 22 euros is made into the Participant’s BLOX account.
Each Participant is entitled to one entry if the conditions have been met.
The Participant is required to provide correct, current, and complete information when participating in the Promotion. The Provider has the right to request a copy of the BLOX account details and/or a valid proof of identity.
Participation in this Promotion means that you use BLOX. BLOX’s User Agreement therefore applies fully and in its entirety.
To participate, the Participant must be 18 years of age or older. The Provider may verify the Participant’s age.

Prizes

The Winner will be randomly selected from the Participants in the Promotion.
The Winner will be personally informed about the prize by the Provider on Monday, June 1st, 2026, via the BLOX app and by email used to participate in the Promotion.
The prize will be paid out in the form of Domino’s gift cards, based on an average pizza price of €12.99 per week. One winner will receive one free pizza every week for a year, amounting to a total of five gift cards: four worth €150 and one worth €75.
No correspondence can be entered into regarding the outcome of the Promotion.
The prize will only be awarded to participants who provide complete and accurate personal information. If the Provider does not have the correct or complete details, the right to the prize lapses and BLOX may designate a new Winner. In this case, the Provider reserves the right to randomly designate one Participant from the top 5 as the Winner.
At the request of the Provider, the Winner must be able to identify themselves in order to make awarding or use of the prize possible.
The prize is personal, cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, and may not be resold to third parties.

Personal Data

By participating, the Participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the Promotion. The personal data will only be used for the execution of the Promotion, determining the winners, and awarding the prizes.

Personal data of winners will not be provided to third parties, except insofar as necessary for carrying out the Promotion, such as announcing the Prize.
