BITCOIN PIZZA WEEK PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Below you will find the terms and rules that apply to the competition for ‘Bitcoin Pizza Week: win free pizza for a year.' Please read the terms carefully to ensure you are aware of the conditions for participation.

Definitions

  • ‘Provider’: BLOX B.V.
  • ‘Participant’: the natural person participating in the competition.
  • ‘Promotion’: the competition 'Bitcoin Pizza Week: win free pizza for a year'.
  • ‘Winner(s)’: the natural person who wins the competition and thus the prize.
  • 'Prize': Free pizza for a year, paid for by BLOX.

General

  • These terms and conditions apply to the Promotion ‘Bitcoin Pizza Week: win free pizza for a year', which is organized by BLOX B.V, located at Kerkenbos 1025, 6546 BB Nijmegen.
  • The Provider will give away one free pizza every week for a year.
  • The Provider acts in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance as of January 1, 2014.
  • The Provider may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or modify these terms and conditions during the promotional period, or change or modify the Promotion without providing a reason, unless this results in a disadvantage for the participant.
  • In relation to participation in the Promotion, the consequences and its execution, the participant waives any (legal) claim against the Provider, partners, sponsors and employees directly or indirectly involved in the organization of the Promotion.
  • The invalidity of one or more of these terms does not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.
  • The Provider reserves the right to exclude participants who abuse the Promotion.
  • The Provider must comply with laws and regulations and is at all times entitled to take appropriate measures.
  • In all cases not provided for in these terms and conditions, a decision will be made by the Provider.
  • Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.

Participation

  • Participation in this Promotion is free of charge.
  • Participation is open to both new and existing BLOX users residing in the Netherlands. Participation is not possible for Belgian users of the BLOX app.
  • The Promotion runs from Thursday, May 22 through Sunday, May 25, 2025, until 23:59. The winner of the Promotion will receive free pizza for a year.
  • The Participant is automatically eligible for the Promotion if the Earn feature for Bitcoin was already activated before the start of the promotional period, or if Earn for Bitcoin is activated during the promotional period (May 22 to 25, 2025).
  • The Participant is required to provide correct, current, and complete information when entering a competition. The Provider has the right to ask you for a copy of your BLOX account details and/or a valid identification document.
  • Participation in this Promotion means you use the BLOX platform. The BLOX User Agreement therefore applies in full.
  • To be eligible to participate, the participant must be 18 years or older and reside in the Netherlands. The Provider may verify the age of the Participant.

Prizes

  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Promotion.
  • The Winner will be personally notified about the prize by the Provider via the BLOX app and by the email address used to enter the Promotion on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. The Participant will share the email address associated with their BLOX account so it can be verified the Winner has an account with the Provider.
  • The prize is awarded in the form of Domino’s gift cards, based on an average pizza price of €12.99 per week. One winner receives a free pizza every week for a year, which amounts to a total of five gift cards: four worth €150 each and one worth €75.
  • The prize is awarded only to participants who provide complete and correct personal data. If the Provider does not have the correct or complete information, the right to the prize lapses. In this case, the Provider reserves the right to designate the next Participant in the top 5 as the Winner.
  • At the request of the Provider, the Winner must be able to identify themselves in order to claim or use the prize.
  • The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for money or other goods and may not be resold to third parties.

Personal data

By participating, the participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the Promotion. The personal data will be used to execute the Promotion and distribute the Prize.

The personal data of Winners will not be shared with partners or third parties, except to the extent necessary to distribute the prizes.

Complaints

If the participant has a complaint in connection with the Promotion, he or she may submit it in writing to BLOX B.V, Kerkenbos 1025, 6546 BB Nijmegen, to the attention of the 'Bitcoin Pizza Week' organization.
