SUI Promotion Terms & Conditions

Below you will find the terms and conditions applicable to the promotion ‘Earn 15% Yield on SUI’. Please read these conditions carefully to ensure you are aware of the promotion terms.

Definitions

• ‘Provider’: BLOX B.V.

• ‘Participant’: The natural person participating in the promotion.

• ‘Promotion’: de winactie The campaign ‘Earn 15% Yield on SUI’.

General

• These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Earn 15% Yield on SUI’ promotion, organized by BLOX B.V., located at Kerkenbos 1025, 6546 BB Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

• The Provider conducts its promotions in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance dated January 1, 2014.

• The Provider reserves the right, at its discretion and without prior notice, to modify or amend these terms during the promotion period or to adjust or terminate the promotion without stating a reason, unless this would be detrimental to the Participant.

Regarding participation in the promotion, its consequences, and execution, the Participant waives any (legal) claims against the Provider, partners, sponsors, and employees directly or indirectly involved in organizing the promotion.

• The invalidity of any provision in these terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

• BLOX reserves the right to exclude Participants who abuse the promotion.

• BLOX must comply with applicable laws and regulations and remains entitled at all times to take appropriate measures.

• In any situations not covered by these terms, BLOX will make a decision.

• These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Participation

• Participation in this promotion is free of charge.

• During the campaign, you will receive a 15% yield on SUI if you meet the following conditions:

• You purchase SUI during the promotion period.
• You enable lending for SUI.
• You agree to the new User Agreement.
These conditions must be fully met to qualify for the yield.

• Participation is not available to Belgian users of the BLOX app.

• The promotion runs from Monday, February 10, 2025, at 00:01 until Sunday, February 23, 2025, at 23:59.

• The Participant is required to provide correct, up-to-date, and complete information when participating in the promotion.

• The Participant must comply with the Social Media Advertising Code..

• Participation in ‘Earn 15% Yield on SUI’ means that you use the BLOX platform. The BLOX User Agreement fully applies.

• To participate, the Participant must be 18 years or older and reside in the Netherlands. The Provider may verify the Participant’s age.

Prizes

• The outcome of the promotion cannot be disputed.

• During the campaign, you will receive a 15% yield if you meet the conditions above. After the promotion ends, the standard yield rate of 3% will apply.

• Prizes will only be awarded to Participants who provide complete and accurate personal details. If the Provider does not receive the correct or complete information, the right to the prize expires. In such cases, the Provider reserves the right to select another Participant as the winner through a draw.

New User Agreement

Due to the partnership between BLOX and Coinmerce, we have updated the user agreement. The most important change is that Coinmerce will be responsible for the storage and management of your crypto assets. This means Coinmerce has become a party to the user agreement. Your BLOX experience remains as user-friendly as ever.

Storage and Management by Coinmerce

This is what will change regarding the storage and management of your crypto assets, for which we ask your permission.Your crypto assets, currently held by Stichting Derdengelden BLOX, will be transferred to Coinmerce BV (Coinmerce).

  • The storage and safekeeping of your crypto assets will be handled by Coinmerce.
  • Coinmerce may use a portion of the crypto assets for lending purposes.
  • You authorise Coinmerce to conduct transactions with the coins held for you in accordance with your instructions (via the platform) from BLOX.

Personal data

• By participating, the Participant consents to the processing of their personal data in relation to the promotion. The personal data will be used to execute the promotion and distribute prizes.

• The personal data of winners will not be shared with partners or third parties, except when necessary for prize distribution.

Complaints

• If the Participant has a complaint regarding the promotion, they may submit it in writing to:
